WEIRD DRAGONFRUIT RECIPES
DRAGONFRUIT SAUCE
Ingredients
2 ea Tropical Dragonfruit (peel and cube)
4 ea Peach Halves in Light Syrup
1 ea Cinnamon Stick
1 cup Frozen Raspberries (thaw, drain)
1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
1/4 TBS Orange Liqueur (optional)
Instructions
Drain peaches and reserve juice. In a saucepan, bring peach juice and
cinnamon to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
Pour liquid over peach halves and cool.
In a blender puree Tropical Dragonfruit, raspberries & liqueur (if
desired).
Refrigerate.
Place peach halves in dessert cups, garnish with scoop of ice cream
and top tropical dragonfruit sauce.
DRAGONFRUIT CHUTNEY
Ingredients
2 ea Green Onions (chopped)
2 TBS Dried Cranberries
1/2 tsp Sherry Vinegar
1 lb Peaches (peel, pit, cube)
1 ea Dragonfruit (peel, cube)
Instructions
Combine green onion, cranberries, vinegar and ginger.
Mix peaches and tropical dragonfruit, toss both together.
DRAGONFRUIT SALSA
Ingredients
1 ea Dragonfruit (fine dice)
2 ea Jalapeno Pepper (fine dice)
1 ea Pineapple (fine dice)
2 TBS Cilantro (fine chopped)
1 ea Lime (juiced)
to taste Salt
Instructions
Diced the Tropical Dragonfruit, Baby Pineapple, and Jalapeno.
Then chop the cilantro, mix in a bowl and add lime juice and salt.
Combine all ingredients and mix.
Serve over Pork or Fish.
