CUTTING AND CORING YOUR APPLE. (Monday, November 26): All this week we're going to have so much fun. We're downloading the right apps. We're talking all about apples all this week, and I thought I'd get some of the fundamentals out right away. Look at all the different varieties. You walk into any store right ‑‑ any farmer's market right now and you're going to find at least 12 to 15 different varieties of apples. I love that. Take your kids on an adventure every single day. Take them out to the market and have them pick out a different variety.

BROCCOLINI. (Monday, November 19): Hey all, this week we're gonna have a ton of fun. Every day we're gonna talk about trying something new for Thanksgiving. For your Thanksgiving meal, of course, you're probably gonna want the pineapple and the sweet potatoes and the green beans. But I want you to try something new. How about this try something new ‑‑ beautiful broccolini. That's right, it says it right there broccolini. It's sometimes marked as aspiration. It's also sometimes marked as baby broccoli.

I can't wait for that to come out. It comes out Christmas Day. She plays Fantine. Oh, I'm looking forward to that. So I found out what her favorite fruit and vegetable are. Favorite fruit, strawberries. Favorite vegetable ‑‑ this time of the year, any time of year ‑‑ beautiful broccoli. Where do you get your C, especially as it starts getting cold?

 BERRIES (Monday, November 5): All right. Fresh from the refrigerator, I've got to have some berries out for the kids. They're getting ready to come home from school pretty soon, and, of course, I better have some beautiful berries. Berries, Marks, it's not summertime anymore. I know it's not summer here anymore. We're well into fall, we're closing quickly in on winter. So where in the world are summer berries coming from? Well, places where it happens to be summer -- blackberries, Guatemala -- places like Argentina and Chile.

Well, here's a grape that is changing our world just like the Internet changed our world. This grape -- take a look at this -- thank you Louis Caratan -- that's a name you have probably never heard, but he is the man who spent 25 years developing this grape. Oh my goodness, look how huge the grapes are, they are size-of-my-thumb huge, that's how huge they are.
